The world is in our city!\n\n We\, the everyday people of the town\, are out on the streets\, plying our wares and playing games to mimic our richer cousins!\n\n The city Elders have roasted a slaughtered Pig! The laughter and camaraderie will only be shadowed by the skilled bards vying to be Champion of Seagirt. Kristophe (rapier marshal)\n\n Special note:\n 1.) No one ever loses a rose. Namely\, once they have a rose they have one\, end of story\, Nothing is worse than taking a rose away from a 4 year old that someone picked as an inspiration. 2.) Although it's not written in the rules I firmly believe each inspiration should start with one rose. That way even if their fighter loses 3 times they still get to keep one rose. Now the rules.\n Concept: To prove to the known world and the assembled masses that your inspiration is the most worthy you will gather roses in their tribute. However\, as with most things: roses cost money. To this effect\, the fighters must combat each other to win sufficient money to purchases roses for their inspirations. Details are:\n 1. Each fighter receives 3 coins to start. The loser of a challenge must give a single coin to the victor.\n 2. Roses cost 2 coins to purchase and are required to "win" the tourney. Hwever coins represent lives so purchasing roses puts the fighter at greater risk of being killed. Fighters must balance their strategy.\n 3. You can only purchase one rose per round. IF you horde your coins you may have many coins/lives and still fail to make the semi's because you don't have enough roses.\n 4. You must have a coin to wager in order to participate.\n 5. The 4 top rose purchasers will comprise the semi-finals\n 6.
