The address is 25625 Helmick Road. This is 37 acres of flat grassy ground with a several acre wetland setback from Hwy 20 and facing onto Helmick Road. It is approximately ½ mile east of Sedro-Woolley and is less than 10 miles off Interstate 5.\n\nThe site is without water which means attendees must bring their own.\n\nThere are no trees/shade on site except for that which we bring with us. Site will open at noon on Friday\, July 19 for merchant set-up and at 3:00 pm for all others. There is the friday night Sun Setter tournament. On Saturday\, we've got the traditional Holmgang and the Never Won a Tourney Tourney. And if you've not had enough fighting then on Sunday there is a Double Elimination Tournament and the Gladiator Style Tournament.\n\n We've got tournaments for the rapier fighters as well. There is going to be a double elimination tournament\, a cut and thrust tournament\, a three man rapier melee tournament\, and a roving duello tournament.\n\n Both heavy and rapier will also have an invitational tournament. Invitations will be going out shortly to high end fighters to request their participation. These should be really good tournaments to watch.\n\n Perhaps you are more interested in archery? Egils will have many fun and challenging archery tournaments.\n\n There will also be the traditional Three Pillars Tournament. This tournament combines the three pillars of the SCA\, fighting\, arts and sciences\, and service to form an overall tournament for the event. In addition to the fighting\, included above\, there will be competitions for A&S including costuming\, bardic\, decorated useful objects\, games\, and period encampments. For the service side\, there will be points awarded for the most volunteer hours spent in parking\, collection trash\, and working the various jobs at the event. These all lead to an overall prize for the tournament\, and prizes for the individual events.\n\n And the prizes. We've got a lot of really great prizes lined up. There are cloaks\, bucklers\, and daggers in line for rapier prizes.Hand made shields\, a custom shield boss\, and dinner for two are some of the prizes for the heavy tournaments.\n\nAdiantum's Baronial Changeover will take place at this event.\n\n All and all this is lining up to be an exciting event\, and we hope you can attend.
