The Artisans and Bards of your Kingdom have created great things for you to see and hear\, come and be amazed by their skill and dilegance to their crafts! In addition to the competitions for the Championships there will be single entry displays\, and a children's display/presentation area. Their is also space for a fight practice\, both heavy and rapier\, as long as the weather cooperates. The event will occur at The Shatford Center located at 760 Main St\, Penticton\, BC. There is plenty of parking\, the site is completely wheelchair accessible and assistance animals are welcome. Within walking distance there is large selection of food and coffee establishments. There is space for merchants at the event\, please contact the autocrat with space requirements. Site Fee is $15 for adults (NMS will be in effect)\, $10 for 13yrs -- 18yrs\, 12yrs and under are free. Mundane family cap of $45. Smoking areas will be designated outside due to mundane laws. This is the parking lot that we will use for the event. Please follow the signs to gate. From the South: come on Skaha Lake Rd. Stay on this road as it curves to the left and turns into Main St. Continue to follow this road for approximately 10 minutes as it drives through the city. It will turn into a one way street. The next intersection is Eckhardt Ave. Turn right on Eckhardt Ave and travel for less than a block\, turn right into the parking lot for Penticton Secondary School. Follow the signs for gate.

We are thrilled to announce that the Okanogan County Fairgrounds will now host May Crown. Close to civilized amenities such as stores and lodgings\, the site also offers RV hookups and limited numbers of flushies\, showers. See below for directions. When Spring comes to all corners of the Kingdom of An Tir\, the highlands of Dregate will proudly host the tournament to choose the successors to the Sable thrones. Events shall include the Crown Tournament\, Squires' Tournament\, rapier tournaments\, archery competitions\, equestrian\, and arts and sciences. Dates The site is open from 3 pm Friday\, May 18\, through 6 pm Sunday\, May 20. Site Fees Adults: $15 Youth (6-17): $10 Children 5 and under: free Family Cap (mundanely related): $50 Non-Member Surcharge of $5 applies Make checks payable to: SCA\, Inc. Shire of Dregate Merchants There is no additional fee for merchants\; however\, donations to Royal Largesse are requested. Pre-registration is required. About the site The Okanogan County Fairgrounds is conveniently located just off Highway 97 in Okanogan. Crown events will take place on the north half of the fairgrounds. Site amenities include a limited number of toilet and shower facilities\, as well as equine areas and RV hookups. Weather in May is fair\, with average highs of 67 and average lows of 43 in Okanogan\, the nearest town. Average precipitation is 0.67. Site elevation is approximately 835ft (254 m)\, so prepare for bright days and cold nights. No group camping reservations for this event. RV's are welcome\; hook ups available (extra charge). Pre-registration for RVs is strongly encouraged! Site Rules Participants shall not violate any state\, federal or local laws\, nor commit any nuisance or damage upon the premises. Pets are welcome\; rigorous waste patrol required! Waste Disposal Recycling stations are planned in addition to a dumpster for unrecyclable garbage.
