June Faire

May 30, 2014 to June 01, 2014
Dragon's Laire

Kitsap & N Mason Counties, WA

Autocrat: Andras Truemark & Elisabeth Trostin device5220OP

Their Excellencies, Baron Arontius and Baroness Laurellen, invite you to celebrate the 32nd June Faire with the Barony of Dragon's Laire!  Join us and Their Royal Majesties, King Eirik & Queen Drifinna, for a full weekend of armored combat, rapier, archery, thrown weapons, the stellar Arts & Sciences village, bardic performances, and a bustling marketplace, May 30-June 1, 2014.  There will be tournaments featuring truly marvelous prizes!  This is our annual public demo and our premier Baronial event.  Please be prepared to show our modern guests the skills, dedication, and exquisite manners of the SCA!

The Faire is remaining within the town of Port Gamble, WA.  The site is without power and we encourage you to prepare for all possibilities.  Visit www.portgamble.com for community information.  The Baronial website is www.dragonslaire.org which will have updated event information as it becomes available.

Pre-registration for June Faire 2014 is available by mail only. Only those who pre-register are guaranteed reserved camping space. Completely fill out the pre-registration form, enclose a check or money order made out to Barony of Dragon’s Laire – SCA, Inc. and send the pre-registration form and your check/money order to: Kris Leet, 1328 Hollis Street, Bremerton, WA 98310.

Confirmation of receipt is by email, so be sure to include your email address. Pre-registration forms must be received by 19 May 2014.

Please contact the pre-registration coordinator via email, Dame Madrun Gwehyddes, at or 360-373-3231 via phone (not before 10am or after 11pm, please) with any questions or concerns.

If you are camping with a group or household you can only reserve space for those who have pre-registered.

If you are camping in an RV contact the RV coordinator, HL Theodoric the Scholar to make your reservations. RV reservations are not guaranteed unless you contact the RV coordinator. He will need to know your SCA and modern names, your rig's dimensions (with slideouts and awnings), who you wish to camp/park next to, and anything else useful. Please remember, you must pre-register via snail mail (see above) but can do the RV reservation request via email (see above).

Gate opens at 10 AM on Friday and closes at 1 PM on Sunday.  Everyone must be off site by 7 PM on Sunday.
