The time has come for Silverhart's Defender of the Hart, a fun
weekend of Games, fighting (heavy and rapier) bardic, A&S and
Defender of the Hart's Semi Clean Dozen Donation Derby
* all entrants must create 6 items based on a theme that are
suitable for Largesse:
-6 Jewlery pieces same style or not
-6 items suitable for a specific time period
-6 childrens toys
-6 medieval gameboards with pieces
* all entries must be tagged and ready to be gifted the day of the
* anything scented will need to be enclosed in a Ziplock baggie
* items need not have documentation, this is not an Arts and
* items should not have heraldry on them as they are meant to be
given to other areas
* judging will be done by the 'beads in a cup'
Now.... the best part, PRIZES!!
* winner of the Semi Dirty Dozen Donation Derby is the person with
the most beads in their entry's cup. The winner gets to
select one item from each of the other competitors. So 12
entries means the winner gets 11 prizes.
* second, third, etc place is up to whomever is running/sponsoring
* There will be an "entrant token of appreciation"
* final distribution of gifts is, again, up to whomever is
sponsoring/running the competition. For "Defender of the
Hart", our Seneschal of the Canton of Silverhart will make a
selection from entrants for the Canton and the remainder will go to
the Kingdom of An Tir.

Merchanting at Defender
of the Hart at Farragut Park
The merchant fee is $45.
This includes one adult admission and one parking permit for
the weekend of the event. If the merchant is not a member,
the non-member surcharge of $5 will be added. As per State
Park policy, all merchants are required to have an Idaho
Seller’s Permit. For more information about a Seller’s
Permit, call the Idaho State Tax Commission at (208) 334-7660.
If the merchant sells food that is prepared on site, they
must also have a license from the local health district office
(Idaho Food Code).
All merchants must be
registered and paid in full by May 12, 2014 This fee is
non-refundable as it goes to the park as of that date. For
any merchant who wishes to register to sell at the event after this
date, the merchant fee will be $75.
The park will fine anyone
selling items who is not listed with the event steward by the date
of the event $100.

Directions to Site:
Farragut State Park is located 4 miles east of Athol, Idaho on
Idaho State Road 54.
From the Western Washington, take your best route to Spokane,
Washington on Interstate 90; stay on I-90 for another 32 miles east
to Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. From Oregon, you may either take US Route
395 to Ritzville and Spokane or US Route 95 to Coeur d'Alene,
Idaho. From Coeur d'Alene, take US Route 95 north about 17 miles,
past Silverwood Theme Park to Athol, Idaho.
From Canada, take your best route to either Creston, BC or
Kingsgate, BC. Turn South to Bonners Ferry, Idaho and Sandpoint,
Idaho. You will now be on US Route 95. Continue south of Sandpoint
for about 15 miles to Athol, Idaho.
From Athol, turn east on Idaho State Road 54. The park entrance is
about 4.1 miles from Athol, Do
not Stop and Pay at Their Troll for parking passes, we've
made arrangements with the park.
To get to Scott, countinue on State Road 54 for .6 miles; you'll
see the turn for North Road, turn left here. Just follow the signs
and gate is about a mile from the highway.
