If you have a service animal, please contact Yseult (541-344-0896, pam@bobwhitman.com) before the event. The official stance of the Society for Creative Anachronism is that marijuana use is not sanctioned at SCA events. This includes medical marijuana use.

We have a wonderfully full and busy day scheduled, but we must be off site by 9 pm. Please have your miscellaneous gear packed up before the Feast so that you only need to deal with feast gear and general clean-up after the meal. Your help with general clean-up will be most appreciated! Teachers, please vacate your classroom and leave it tidy by 5:30 pm so that the church’s cleaning staff can start to ready the building for their Sunday use.
