The Heavies and Rapier area will be in the fenced arena this year. This offers plenty of seating for the spectators and we will provide some shade. Combatant's day shades will be allowed inside the arena on the Eastside.

If you are going to participate for one of the Championships, you must declare yourself as a competitor at the appropriate lists tables.

The Arts & Sciences Competition is an open theme and will be judged by the populace. Everyone is welcome.

Fire pits are permitted providing they are up off the ground 18 inches. Charcoal, SEASONED WOOD, presto logs are allowed. Spark screens are a good idea. Fire extinguishers supplies must be within reach.

Parents are expected  to monitor/ supervise their children .

There is a large dumpster for garbage by the front gate. Please police your site for trash.

There will be NO York Rounds due to the continuing Safety issue of distance versus wind changes at this site. However there will be open range time on Sunday to practice honing your archery skills.
