Spend an evening with us as we have a rollicking roof raising
time celebrating the end of a wonderful tourney season on
Saturday November 14, 2009.
Socialize, sing rounds and participate in one of our
contests. Come have a good time!
Hall opens at 1:30 pm
Court tentatively scheduled for 4:00
Dinner tentatively scheduled for 6:30
Round tables seat eight or six comfortably, please send
reservations for tables to lazymabel@gmail.com.
Whole table reservations will not be considered set in stone
until payment is received for all people in the party.

Dessert Auction-
We will hold a dessert auction after court
(before dinner) with at least 50% of the profit going towards
the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, favored charity of Sir
Brand deux-Leons. We are looking for donations of
desserts (anything from a dozen cookies to an elaborate cake)
in return, a special gift will be given to the person whose
donations bring in the most funds. Cash preferred, but checks
will also be accepted.

Kingdom/Baronial banner you have created! Email me at
lazymabel@gmail.com to arrange drop off of your banner to
have it hung by our wonderful hall decorating team
Preserved Foods Show of your homesteading skills!
Categories for preserved foods are 1. jam/jellies, 2.
pickles, 3. syrups and 4. other. Please deliver your
entry to the kitchen before court. Make sure you
include a note with your name, name of your preserve and the
category you are entering and a basic list of ingredients
(for allergy alerts).
Table Decoration
One table will be awarded a prize for excellence in
decor.
Photographs-
A portrait photographer will be on site to
take pictures of you in your finest or favorite garb. Photos
taken will be available on a website where you will be able
to order prints after the event. Please contact me if
you would like to arrange extra time for groups or clothing
changes.
Due to hall size, tickets are limited to 124 persons.
Tickets are $15.00 per person (no reduced fee for smalls, no
off board fee)
