SCA Adult Equestrian Waivers
The SCA Adult Equestrian Particiption waiver and signage is required for all equestrian activities. An Tir versions of each waiver are listed below. For equestrian events in Canada, use the Society Standard Equestrian Waiver (#34). You need Adobe Reader

Equestrian Marshal Authorization Form
This form provides a card that shows your riding level, ground crew level, and marshal status. Space is provided for showing progress towards EM status. (Print on light green card stock.)
EMIT Training Record Booklet
This booklet allows the EMIT to record each step in the training process. This is a MS Word doc. The two sided version is a small convenient pamphlet, the single sided version prints full page.
Post Event Report
The EMIC is responsible for filing the EQ Event Report after their equestrian event.
Incident Report
Use this form to report any accidents requiring professional (doctor, EMT, nurse, etc.) medical care. Also for use when spectators are injured or property damage occurs to site. Follow instructions on the form.
IKEqC Forms
These forms are for the competition year AS XLI which runs from May 1, 2006 to April 30, 2007. They are filled out by the EM running the competition and must be sent to the IKEqC Administrator.
